We were visiting from out of state and our suburban all of a sudden wouldn't shift into reverse..It was late Friday afternoon, we went to 2 chevy dealerships to see if could service asap as we had to leave town next day. Neither could even analyze our vehicle until the following week! So we went onto Google to see if any local chevy mechanic shops open in the area. Fortunately we found S&J!! We drove straight there and the owner instantly put scanner on vehicle to determine issue, and said he had part in stock and would be able to get us on the road in 2 hours or less. We walked down the road to visit the Lane Auto Museum which btw was fantastic. The time we spent at museum was just about 2 hours and by the time we walked back down to S&J our suburban was fixed and ready to go. These guys are fabulous, very pleasant, knowledgeable and reasonable 😀 Highly recommend S&J!!
